Day 1(മരം കൊണ്ട വെയിലാണ് തണൽ)

Today (November 22, 2021) was my first class at MTTC, marking the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I am also excited about taking a professional course for the first time. Even though the class commenced a week ago, I was unable to go since my house was flooded. I was fortunate to begin my first session with innumerable brilliant insights offered by Joju sir, and this is my favourite line: "മരം കൊണ്ട വെയിലാണ് തണൽ". And this statement reminds me of our loved ones' struggles in our life.

Following that, we had a lively discussion with Mr G.V Hari. The seminar was multifaceted, with various approaches that we should take into consideration as we begin our teaching career. He deployed a variety of techniques to get our attention, and the session was well worth it in terms of our future endeavours.

Today was the day we were diving deep into the realms of locomotive rhythm, and the poem 'From a Railway Carriage'. As the verses unfolded, one could almost hear the chug-chug of the train, feel the rush of the wind against one's face, and visualize the rapidly changing landscapes. The students sat there, eyes wide and hearts captivated. It was evident - they weren't just learning about the poem; they were experiencing it. As the sun set on my last day at St. Mary's HSS, I couldn't help but feel a cocktail of emotions - excitement for the future, nostalgia for the days gone by, and a deep gratitude for all that I've learned and the people I've met.
